Knidos.xyz Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access and use of the services offered by Knidos.xyz ("Knidos", "we", "our", "us"), including AI-powered digital asset investment strategies. By using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Legal Framework

These Terms are designed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the Swiss Code of Obligations, and to the extent applicable, the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation of the European Union. Knidos Labs AG does not provide services to residents or entities in restricted jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States and any countries subject to international sanctions.

3. Services Overview

Knidos provides:

  • Access to AI-powered digital asset investment strategies.

  • Automated portfolio management and trading systems.

  • Real-time analytics, data ingestion, and execution protocols.

Knidos does not guarantee profitability or performance. All services are experimental and offered “as is.”

4. Eligibility and Jurisdictional Restrictions

By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where the use of crypto or decentralized finance services is prohibited.

  • You are not subject to any economic sanctions or restrictions.

Knidos reserves the right to geo-block or restrict access where regulatory compliance is required.

5. No Financial Advice

All materials and services provided by Knidos are for informational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Knidos is not a registered investment advisor, asset manager, or broker-dealer.

6. User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of private keys and login credentials.

  • Use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

  • Avoid reverse engineering or interfering with smart contracts or AI systems.

7. Token Usage

Any utility or governance token issued by Knidos shall be subject to additional terms. Such tokens shall not confer equity, voting rights (unless stated), or claim over profits. Users shall not treat such tokens as securities unless otherwise classified by applicable law.

8. Risk Disclosure

You understand and agree that:

  • Digital assets are highly volatile.

  • There is a risk of total loss.

  • AI strategies involve execution errors and limitations.

  • Smart contracts may have vulnerabilities.

  • Regulatory changes may affect the legality and operation of the services.

9. Fees and Pricing

Fees, including but not limited to performance, management, and transaction fees, will be transparently disclosed on the Platform. Knidos reserves the right to update fee structures with prior notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, AI models, interfaces, and data pipelines on Knidos.xyz are the property of Knidos Labs AG or its licensors. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

11. Third-Party Services and Protocols

Knidos may integrate or interact with third-party applications and protocols. We do not control or assume liability for third-party content, performance, or security.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform:

  • For violations of these Terms.

  • In response to legal or regulatory action.

  • Due to abnormal behavior or suspected malicious activity.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Swiss law, Knidos Labs AG shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

  • Errors or delays in execution.

  • Downtime, bugs, or smart contract exploits.

Services are provided “as is” without any warranty.

14. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Zug, Switzerland.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
